A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. Proverbs 15:1(KJV)

We all long to hear soft, sweet and comforting words. Especially in times of sadness, loneliness and even in sickness. Nobody wants to hear words that cut through our hearts and hurt us. An angry person could be calmed down when answered in soft and gentle words.

Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Colossians 4:6 (NIV)

Words, little and simple they may be, but when spoken in the right season, could be the only thing a person needs to hear to revive his spirit and strengthen him once again.
